Sarreid, Ltd is Hiring a Client Support Specialist Near Wilson, NC

Overview:

Sarreid is a fifty-seven-year-old, dynamic, fast growing provider of high-end home furnishings sold to retailers, designers and E commerce accounts all over North America. In order to keep up with our growth, Sarreid is searching for a new Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be high-energy, dedicated to nothing less than exceptional service, and have a passion for home furnishings and / or design. In this position, the right candidate will learn the business from ground up. Ideally Sarreid is seeking candidates with and a desire to learn the business with a career-oriented mindset.

Job Summary:

  • Position – Customer Service Representative
  • Location – Wilson NC
  • Hours – Mondy through Friday 8 to 5
  • Pay – Hourly
  • Benefits Available – Yes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external clients. In this vital role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers while partnering with our field representatives to grow the business. Ensuring needs are met and inquiries are resolved in a timely manner – with a smile - is of paramount concern to the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks
  • Share customer feedback internally and with field representative in an effort to improve customer satisfaction and increase the overall business
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
  • Home furnishings experience, education or general passion is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze situations to determine the best course of action
  • Proficient in data entry, computer skills and basic accounting skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable making outbound calls when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.48 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
