Job Details
Responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist:
- Oversee local IT resources and coordinating efforts to establish the necessary IT software and hardware infrastructure.
- Maintain and enhance software and hardware systems that are vital to the plant's success.
- Continuously monitor and suggest enhancements to existing information technology systems.
- Management of third-party vendors to establish strong relationships, resource coordination, qualification procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for IT at the Wilson location.
- Understanding of MES, ERP, and SCADA tools
- B.S. in Computer Science, System Engineering, or in a related discipline
- 4 years of expeirence in Manufacturing IT
- Strong understanding of software that supports manufacturing such as ERP, MES, and SCADA systems.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices
- Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000, and a 10% bonus
