Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, the ability to efficiently manage a variety of administrative tasks, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Receptionist will contribute to the overall success of our organization by ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.

Responsibilities:

•  Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome
•  Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls promptly and efficiently
•  Manage the reception area, keep it clean and orderly, and ensure sufficient supplies are available
•  Handle and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as prepare outgoing mail
•  Assist with basic administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents8. Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and report any malfunctions or repairs needed
•  Maintain and update various company databases and contact lists
•  Support other team members with administrative tasks and projects when required
•  Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism

Requirements:

•  High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education/training in administration or related field preferred
•  Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
•  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals
•  Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment
•  Exceptional organizational and time management skills
•  Professional appearance and demeanor
•  Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations
•  Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance
