- Generate daily billing for deliveries to customers and inter-company transfers.
- Process payments and perform reconciliations
- Generate electronic payment transactions.
- Prepare daily status reporting.
- Process, reconcile and post end-of-day transactions for point of sale system.
- Work with business customers to resolve open items via email and phone.
- Follow a regular schedule covering a morning shift as well as an evening shift in support of delivery and retail operations.
- 2 years’ experience working with Receivables and customer contact.
- High School/GED required. Some college preferred.
- History of working with computerized accounting systems.
- Use of Excel, Outlook and other Office products
- A consistent schedule to allow a stable work/life balance.
