We are looking to add a new position for the right individual. He or she must be customer service oriented and self motivated. The job will consist of meeting and greeting customers, answering phones and direct consumers to the proper department. Making follow up phone calls daily and possible appointment making. Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution. Pulling customers vehicle up at times when needed, picking up and delivering customers vehicles
