SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is Hiring an Accounts Payable/Payroll Near Asheville, NC
Stonecreek Health & Rehabilitation is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Payroll Employee to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Establishes and maintains proper supporting documentation and files for the payable functions
- Responsible for reconciling and maintaining vendor invoices and statements
- Enters all information such as new hires and payroll changes
- Maintains and organizes departmental payroll time sheets
- Completes all payroll related functions including but not limited to data entry, printing deposit and payroll checks and reconciles weekly payroll disbursements
- Establishes and maintains best practices for payroll processes
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
