Manufacturing/Process Engineer
Job Purpose:
The Manufacturing/Process Engineer will have two main functions. The first is to provide direct supportof the daily manufacturing operation, used in the production of PCBA's (Circuit Board Assemblies) andfinished electronic products. The second function is to identify and implement continuousimprovements to maximize operations efficiencies and quality of products. This Engineer will review
customer data and requirements, and use data to create work instructions, order tooling, and createprograms for all assembly machines including Screen Printing, SPI, Pick and Place, Thermal
Profiling/Reflow Oven, AOI, and Wash. They will provide daily production support including debug andoptimization of programs, troubleshooting of products and equipment, scheduling of service and
maintenance, improvement of efficiencies, and quality.
