Sanders Development Group is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Cincinnati, OH

Overview:

SDG focuses on commercial, mixed-use, and large scale residential real estate investment and development projects. We have developed in various communities withinthe urban core and work with companies and private clients on all aspects of commercial real estate throughout the region.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors and on-site personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budget forecasts, and progress reports.
  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
  • Manage and lead on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, working to find timely and effective solutions

. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies

. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.

  • Completion of OSHA 30-hour training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 3 years of proven experience as a construction manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam or Viewpoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be willing to work schedule that may include weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays as workload dictates.-Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, climb, push, pull, lift up to 25lbs.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $96,784.00 - $103,285.00 per year
