- Readily familiar with drafting and filing of pleadings related to trust/probate administration and conservatorships;
- Working knowledge of Probate Code, Local and State Rules of Court;
- Knowledge of rules and procedures of pleading and practice in estate administration of court supervised matters;
- Good to Excellent computer skills;
- Self-Starter able to manage caseload from start to finish;
- Excellent phone skills, and the ability to develop and nurture client relationships;
- Familiarity with estate planning document preparation.
