The San Bernardino Superior Court is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with exceptional leadership and management experience as our next Human Resources Business Partner.

As a problem solver with excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will have the necessary interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with staff, department heads, leadership, labor, and elected officials. The successful candidate will be solutions-oriented, have strong political acumen, and have the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities. A background in public sector leadership and employee development, policy administration, and team building are key. Experience in employee relations and current recruitment strategies is ideal. The annual salary for the Human Resources Business Partner is $83,563 to $106,756. Starting salary will depend upon qualifications, career history, and overall match with the requirements for this position. It should be noted that this position has also been approved for 3% COLA effective October 2024.
