Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/ Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial concepts and possess strong knowledge of accounting practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Utilize ASI Smartbooks software for financial transactions and reporting
- Perform double entry bookkeeping and maintain accurate account analysis
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting activities
- Collaborate with external auditors for year-end audits
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management with a focus on financial responsibilities
- Proficiency in ASI software and other accounting tools
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and financial report writing
_ Must have Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of public accounting principles is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
