Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools
- Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools
- Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in program design software (e.g., SAS)
- Knowledge of lean principles is desirable
