Office Manager / Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Invoicing of all jobs done using our industry specific AR program.
  • Data entry
  • Collection of all open receivables
  • Customer Service
  • Posting of incoming payments
  • Bookkeeping
  • Payables
  • Payroll

The right candidate will possess:

  • Accounting knowledge
  • Excel experience
  • Quick Books experience preferred
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent and accurate data entry skills
  • Team player that excels in small office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour'
