The ideal candidate will play a key role in our marketing and sales efforts through the development of qualified leads that result in more product demos and sales for the company. Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound sales activities such as phone calls, emails, and demo scheduling
  • Meet or exceed key activity metrics for calls, emails, qualified opportunities, demos booked, and more
  • Qualify inbound sales inquiries and appropriately advance them to the next step in the company's sales cycle
  • Be a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections
  • Work closely with Sales Executive(s) to ensure strong communication and fill up the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize outbound lead management
  • Accurately and thoroughly update records in CRM software

Education & Experience Necessary for Position:

  • College Degree or equivalent
  • Strong verbal selling skills over the phone and email
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Be respectful, trustworthy, and accountable
  • Past sales experience (specifically at a SaaS company) is preferred, but not required
  • Analytical / Interpersonal Skills - Must be a good listener, creative, intuitive, and have the ability to resolve problems in potentially stressful situations
  • Being a team player, proactive and dynamic, prepared to engage on social platforms about relevant technical topics
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to travel, including international, if necessary
  • Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up
  • Comfortable with start-up environment, entrepreneurial in spirit
  • Works well on a small team
  • Self-starter who wants to grow within an organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
