```Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities: - Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences - Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents - Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records - Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and archiving - Coordinate logistics for company events and special projects - Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders - Perform general office management duties as needed Requirements: - Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus - Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently - Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments - Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently If you are a proactive self-starter with excellent administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
