Job Description:
Planning & Execution
- Develop, refine and implement a quarterly marketing plan with distinct strategic focus areas and tactical activities for the program(s) supported.
- Communicate marketing plans to channel leaders via regular info sharing sessions.
- Stay within quarterly budget allocation.
- Ensure marketing programs & tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast. Elevate Demand
- Focus on executing impactful campaigns
- Leverage automated processes to execute always-on programs
- Foster creativity and find new ways to market with end users and partner teams Marketing Quarterback
- Act as the marketing "quarterback" for programs supported.
- Coordinate with speedboats to communicate strategic focus areas and manage event execution.
- Provide weekly marketing updates to key Channel stakeholders via weekly calls and email communications Pipeline Generation
- Meet pipeline/bookings targets set for program(s) supported
- Communicate quarterly marketing contribution to pipeline metrics to Channel teams via SFDC dashboardsÂ
Skills:
1-3 years experience in high tech, Action oriented, ability to work in a fast paced environment, good written and verbal communication skills, enjoys strategic thinking as well as tactical execution, experience with SFDC, Allocadia and G Suite are a plus
Education:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
