Executive Housekeeper Austin, Texas - Full Time

Archer Hotel is looking for a positive, energetic individual to fill the role of Executive Housekeeper.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As the leader of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for managing the

housekeeping and laundry facilities of the hotel in a safe and cost-effective manner in order to

achieve maximum guest satisfaction and protect the assets of the hotel. You will also participate as a member of the Hotel Management Team. Additional expectations are:

* Passion for high standards in cleanliness for you and your team.

* Creating a service environment focused on the guest.

* Attention to detail with administrative, labor control & safety requirements.

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

* Flexibility. Our Executive Housekeeper must anticipate weekend, evening, and holiday

* hours based on business needs, including participation in the Manager-On-Duty schedule.

**Our best candidates will bring:**

* 3-5 years of prior housekeeping management experience required.

* Brand training and/or experience (Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt etc.) preferred.

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Fluent in English written and verbal communication.

* Computer Word and Excel skills required.

* Bi-lingual Spanish strongly preferred.
