Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination and management, particularly in the construction industry. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenses
- Review and interpret construction blueprints and schematics
- Utilize project management software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, Prolog, etc.
- Support the project manager in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle

Skills:
- Strong project coordination and management skills
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, Prolog, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
