A top leading engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Resident Engineer to join their dynamic team in NYC! This is an exceptional long-term opportunity with ample room for growth within one of the premier engineering firms in the area.

Job Description:

* Responsible for supporting 7 Project Managers with retail roll outs

* will coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors

* Review/manage bidding and estimates (including process) from consultants

* Responsible for schedules, invoices, change orders, and other financials of the project

* Willingness and ability to travel overnight nationally when necessary

* Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of assistant project management experience (architecture, engineering, or construction)

* Must have client facing experience

* Must be able to coordinate with architects, engineers, at contractors

* Must be able to assist 5 project managers at one time and handle the financials of the project (multi site project experience)
