Establish and develop relationships with vessel contact (yacht owners, managers, captains, engineers, crew) by providing support and communication to vessel, ensuring customer satisfaction and actively collaborating in problem solving that may arise during vessels stay on property. Collaborate with logistics, sales, other account managers and service team to ensure the appropriate action plan and establish realistic customer expectations that are clearly defined and deliverable. Keep abreast of customer journey and satisfaction throughout stay and ensure proper communication with other departments or outside contractors.
