Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining. Since opening its first location in the heart of SoHo in 2016, the brand has reached iconic status thanks to its urbane, celebratory atmosphere and a menu of hits, including the best bagels in America.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- You're proficient in proper baking technique and skills.
- Follow recipes accurately and completely.
- Quick on your feet in the kitchen and work with a strong sense of purpose.
- You maintain consistency
- Use a variety of kitchen tools and equipment such as: stand mixers, convection/deck ovens, cutting tools, rolling pins, lames, electric scales
- You are punctual
- Must have a positive and professional attitude towards everyone, and always willing to help your team.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, adhering to sanitation/health regulations and company policy.
EXPERIENCE:
- Completed a pastry arts degree or certificate
- Worked in a professional kitchen for 2 years
- Food handler's certification (required)
