Join SADA, An Insight company as a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst!

Your Mission 

With our continued growth, we’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join SADA, An Insight company. In this position, you will play an important role in helping the company achieve and exceed its growth and profitability goals. You'll work with all facets of the business to provide financial visibility to executive management, surface new insights, and improve processes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, able to communicate financial insights, and recommend appropriate actions. This role reports to the FP&A Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Management and operational financial reporting, metrics, KPIs, and presentations 
• Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses as directed by Management and the Business
• Build partnerships with functional managers to understand drivers, trends, opportunities, and share insights and recommendations
• Recommend business decisions to management supported by data analyses
• Support the Executive Management Team and department heads with in-depth analysis
• Be a cross functional finance business partner and liaison 

Job Requirements

Required Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (accounting and/or finance preferred)
• 3 years of relevant experience working in Finance (FP&A experience a plus)

Required Qualifications: 

• Prior experience building sophisticated financial models used for strategic guidance
• High level of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively; be goal-oriented and self-motivated
• High-level proficiency in Excel

Useful Qualifications:

• Previous FP&A experience
• MBA or CPA, CFA is a plus

Expectations 

Onboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant colleagues
