The Challenge:

Saalt is looking for a full-time Marketing Project Manager to support the Marketing Team with workflow and project management within the agile sprint framework.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work cross-functionally across departments as the primary touch point representing the Marketing Team to communicate and ensure growth roadmap is executed.
  • Manage project schedules and roadmaps to ensure critical path-points, campaigns, and product launches meet project milestones and deliverable deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to plan iterative A/B testing and ongoing site experiments to improve the customer journey.
  • Manage all workflow and projects in the Asana platform to support the Marketing Team within the agile sprint framework.
  • Manage lifecycle calendar workflow
  • Manage ad workflow
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan marketing campaigns surrounding new product launches, promotional events, influencer support, retail advertising, and corporate impact initiatives.
  • Plan and carry out logistics for new product photoshoots, including creating shot lists, managing photographer communication, booking models, and helping source wardrobe and props.
  • Maximize alignment and synergy across all departments to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Document processes to improve team efficiency and train new hires.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Technical:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with project management platforms (Asana experience a plus!)
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to digest and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and contribute ideas to the growth roadmap
  • Highly adaptable individual with ability to anticipate issues and take appropriate action
  • Diverse experience working cross-functionally with departments including operations, sales, marketing, ecommerce, product development and finance
  • Proficient in G- Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter, with ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
