- Lead SeaQuest's new Marketing Project Management department, ensuring that all marketing projects are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize Asana to organize, track, and manage all marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and no projects are overlooked.
- Support and guide the marketing team, helping members to optimize their time and efforts.
- Develop and present regular reports on project status, time management, and outcomes.
- Work with an existing assistant, delegating tasks as needed to maintain project timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing department at a national or larger company.
- Expert proficiency with Asana, with a proven track record of managing projects using this platform.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with report development, able to provide clear insights into project progress and outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
