We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers, providing excellent service and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions
- Up sell products or services when applicable
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Analyse customer accounts and provide accurate information regarding billing, payments, or account updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals
