We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Inbound Call Center Representatives. As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions to their issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information to customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Utilise up selling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining detailed records
