In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Analyse customer feedback to improve services and products
- Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Experience in outbound calling and upselling is a plus
- Sales experience is advantageous
