We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle basic inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries efficiently
