We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team. As Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to upsell products or services
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Up selling experience is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
