As the Administrative Assistant for our Fabrication Shop, your essential responsibilities will be:
- Performing all administrative responsibilities for the Shop including answering phone, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies and paperwork.
- Assist with the management of our tool inventory.
- Maintain and update vehicle, welding, and pipe reports.
- Manage material and tool requests.
- Work with the Accounting Department to resolve packing slips.
- Prepare purchase orders for vehicle and equipment purchases and repairs.
- Prepare and submit Shop personnel timesheets.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of general office experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office, i.e., MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Ability to work within precise standards of accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities.
