As the Administrative Assistant for our Fabrication Shop, your essential responsibilities will be:
Performing all administrative responsibilities for the Shop including answering phone, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies and paperwork.
Assist with the management of our tool inventory.
Maintain and update vehicle, welding, and pipe reports.
Manage material and tool requests.
Work with the Accounting Department to resolve packing slips.
Prepare purchase orders for vehicle and equipment purchases and repairs.
Prepare and submit Shop personnel timesheets.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of general office experience.
Proficiency with MS Office, i.e., MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Ability to work within precise standards of accuracy.
Ability to read and understand English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities.
