Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain territory/account with a strategic approach while managing resources
- Processes customer orders, make sales calls and works to establish relationships with customers
- Assists in creating account development plans
- Performs inventory management for customer specific material
- Communicates with operations team and may serve as a production meeting representative
- Occasional face-to-face customer interaction and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms
- All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 1-3 years prior sales or metal industry experience preferred
- Solid understanding of product offerings, ERP system and markets served
- Minimal travel required. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected with advance notice.
- General understanding of metal processes and products
