Rx-O2 Hyperbaric Clinic is a specialty medical practice in Glendale and Scottsdale. We are professional, supportive, engaging and our goal is to provide safe and effective care to promote health and wellness. Rx-O2 Hyperbaric Clinic is Arizona's Largest Hyperbaric Oxygen Provider. We are a physician led team of certified hyperbaric techs, MA's and need to expand our ability to treat patients and that is why we are searching for new staff.

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to assist our team with administrative duties and daily operations in the medical field. The individual we hire will be responsible for scheduling patients, registering and charting medical information at the front desk, answering calls and greeting visitors. The ideal candidate must also be bilingual spanish speaking, proficient in providing administrative support via computer technology, will have experience with taking blood pressure/vitals, and is able to perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying and faxing. Ability to communicate is key!

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet patients by name.
• Calling patients to remind them of appointments.
• Organize patient treatment records.
• Gather patient information.
• Complete new patient forms.
• Accurately document patient information.
• Follow-up patients to ensure that they have received all necessary information and referrals they need.
• Attend clinic staff meetings.
• Take blood pressure and other vitals.
• Assist the staff in providing a safe and welcoming environment.
• Understands a "yes" mindset!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
