RedValley is looking for a skilled Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with a personal injury law firm and be able to support attorneys with drafting legal documents, managing case files, and communicating with clients. Additionally, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

• Draft demand letters and legal pleadings
• Request medical and billing records
• Enter data into automated documents and workflows
• Manage calendars and deadlines
• Draft correspondence
• Organize records
• Contact clients to gather information
• Answer phone calls

The Pre-Litigation Attorney must have:

• Previous experience in a personal injury law firm
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, including proper use of styles in Microsoft Word
• Proficient with technology and software tools
• Strong customer service skills
