About the Position

The Night Auditor acts as Manager on Duty and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of a renowned lodge during the nighttime hours. Primary responsibilities include overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, reconciling daily financial transactions, and maintaining security protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and property.

As Night Auditor of an iconic lodge, you excel with minimal supervision, ensuring guest safety, property security, and smooth operations throughout your shift. With your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused mindset, along with previous hospitality experience, you effortlessly handle front desk operations, reservations, financial reconciliations, and various guest services. Your reliability, integrity, and proactive problem-solving approach makes you a valued member of our team, contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.

• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols to ensure guest well-being.
• Complete assigned checklists and tasks accurately and thoroughly including the reconciliation of daily financial transactions.
• Support inter-departmental communication and follow-up initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
