Our client is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their Banking Team!
Location : On-site Green Bay, WI
Schedule : Flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 9am and 7pm or 12pm and 10pm Monday through Friday plus every 3 Saturday
Contract : 3-months W2 contract
Pay Rate : $19 to $ an hour - Depending on Shift
As a Customer Care Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels in a cross functional Contact Center. This person will :
