We are looking for outgoing and ambitious team members to join us as bartenders for our boutique brunch restaurant.
There are many benefits to this position as we are not open for most holidays and we are only open in the morning until mid-day.
As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service in our upscale brunch restaurant.
All bartenders are required to have their state-mandated beverage pouring permit from Fulton County.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks
- Upsell special promotions and engage customers to enhance their overall experience
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills for accurate order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and familiarity with different types of beverages
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-oriented mindset to drive revenue through suggestive selling
