We are looking for outgoing and ambitious team members to join us as Baristas for our boutique brunch restaurant. Our full service barista station is an integral part of our restraurant.

There are many benefits to this position as we are not open for most holidays and we are only open in the morning until mid-day.

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

**Duties:**

- Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to company recipes

- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment

- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Upsell products and promote special items to customers

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

- Knowledge of retail math, basic math, and cash handling

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Excellent sales skills to promote products effectively

- Experience in food service or the food industry is a plus

- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Familiarity with food handling and food safety regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
