Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/cashier to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and beverages. Our opening hours are 7:30 am to 9:30 pm daily, with morning and afternoon shift, and is 7 hours per shift.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of retail math for cash-handling purposes
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote products
- Ability to operate a cash register and perform basic math calculations
- Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
