Responsibilities:
- Overseeing salon shift operations for salon and retail operations including opening and closing the salon
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to schedule appointments and manage cash handling procedures
- Provide Aveda Hand Treatments to guests, organize and facilitate daily team huddles
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment

Qualifications
- Management experience in a retail setting, including supervising a team and overseeing daily operations
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operation
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest retention
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and some data analysis
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
