- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Process payments and operate the cash register or POS system
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
```Skills```
- Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell menu items
- Familiarity with different brewing techniques and beer styles
- Proficient in using a POS system for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including catering services
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and ability to handle food safely
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and tracking inventory
