Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender or Server to join our team. As a Bartender and Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

-Be an expert on our menu. Exemplify service standards.

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquets or catering events

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or complaints

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or banquet setting

- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques

- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers

- Excellent math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)

- Must possess a valid food handler's permit or be willing to obtain one

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
