**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to patrons, directly interacting with customers, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary - Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations - Monitor customer intake of alcohol and respond to any issues promptly - Upsell additional products when appropriate to maximize sales **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in bartending, including knowledge of brewing techniques - Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling payments accurately - Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards - Hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred This position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic team environment.
