**Job Summary:** Seeking a person who is open to having minimal (1-2 )shifts plus the ability to pick up shifts as needed. We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and outstanding customer service skills. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes and standards - Operate the Aloha POS system to process customer orders accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling light snacks and pastries - Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and addressing customer inquiries - Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times **Skills:** - Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred - Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and measuring ingredients - Passion for coffee and familiarity with different coffee brewing methods - Previous experience in the food industry is a plus - Understanding of food safety protocols and practices - Strong customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a love for coffee and a dedication to providing top-notch service.
