Overview:
Join our team as a Barista and be part of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes
- Operate cash registers and handle customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering inquiries
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
Experience:
- Experience in the food industry or retail environment preferred
- Knowledge of Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Previous experience in food preparation or coffee making is beneficial
- Sales experience is advantageous
