Rubi and Lib Design Studio is a small but growing gift and stationery brand located in Reading, PA (Exeter - 19606). In business since 2011, our online retail outlets include Etsy, Shopify, and Faire. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individuals that want to learn and can keep up with our fast pace studio and two online brands - rubiandlib.com and barnstreetdesigns.com.
Customer Service Representative
This position is responsible for communication with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. You will work with a small team answering customer questions via email, Etsy messaging system, and phone.
Responsibilities to include:
· Communicate with customers via email, phone and online chat.
· Assisting clients with advanced ordering questions
· Facilitate daily order checks to ensure the flow of orders to vendors
· Provide package tracking information to clients
· Troubleshooting existing orders – ensuring production times are adequately applied to orders
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
· Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
· Understanding of how CRM systems work
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Must have strong, friendly, and upbeat verbal and written English communication skills.
· Must be proficient with a computer, proficient with typing and able to learn new programs and skills quickly.
· Ability to act with a customer comes first attitude.
· Ability to remain cool, calm, collected and organized, even in times of high volume.
· Acute attention to detail and organization is a must.
· Open to a creative workplace that is growing quickly.
· Ability to take direction and to independently
· Ability to represent Rubi and Lib Design Studio (Pink Poppy Party Shoppe, LLC) and be the voice of the company while handling customers and vendors in a professional manner.
· Experience with Etsy and Shopify selling platforms is a plus, but not required.
