• Work with Data Supervisor to implement and execute techniques and processes for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data. This includes the use of data quality tools and the automation of data quality verification at scale.
• Audit data on a regular basis to ensure data integrity and quality and perform data reconciliations to identify data anomalies. This includes the development of processes and use of technologies for identifying, understanding, and correcting issues with the data.
• Assist in developing data requirements, storage, reporting, analytics, and sharing experience in developing data standards and metadata.
• Assist in managing, administrating, and configuration of the firm’s MDM tool.
• Troubleshoot data-related problems and escalate data issues needing process re-engineering.
• Supports others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal, privacy, and company policies.
• Assist in extracting, importing, and exporting of data in various database applications.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a computer related field, or equivalent experience - Required

• Strong technical and data analytical skills – Required
• Knowledge of Excel, BI, SQL, and understanding of concepts of database structures and data querying–Preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy–Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products – Required
• Effective organization and time management skills - Required

• 0-3 years relevant experience – Required
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with exposure to Visual Basic – Required
• Previous experience with SQL – Preferred
• Previous experience with a Business Intelligence (BI) tool – Preferred
• Previous experience analyzing data and predicting future outcomes - Preferred
