We are looking for a Training Specialist join our growing company! This role is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Training analysis, development and delivery of instruction for Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) /Electronic Warfare (EW) systems
• Provide New Equipment training/New Equipment Fielding (NET/NEF) to Soldiers/Civilians
• Developing training materials and technical manuals

Requirements:

• Must have an active Secret clearance
• Experience with DoD Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) systems such as Duke, Modi, I1B1,GATOR, Universal Test set (UTS)
• 7 years’ experience in the development, integration, and implementation of training for EW or ECM systems
• Preferred qualified Spectrum Managers or graduates of Electronic Warfare Officer School
• TRADOC Instructor Certification
