- 3 years of direct relevant experience may be substituted for education
- 3 years of experience as Field Service Technician
- Required certifications include: CompTIA security , Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate Windows 7, MCSA Server 2012, and Cisco Certified Network Associate
- Analyze and solve computer problems, and assures technology meets the needs of the organization.
- Implement system studies to assist organization to realize maximum benefit from investments in equipment, personnel, and business processes.
- Troubleshoot and solve hardware and software problems, monitors system performance, implements improvements, and works with leadership to development long-range information technology needs.
- Management, administration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and operating systems.
