RQA, Inc is a leading consultancy firm in the field of crisis management, product recall, product liability, food defense and health and safety to the food, beverage and consumer product sectors. We are seeking an experienced generalist to join our team at our Tinley Park office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the employee recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability and profit-sharing plan.
- Manage required recordkeeping, reporting and employee communications. Maintain and update Employee Handbook and related policies.
- Generate and maintain internal documents such as offer letters, confidentiality agreements, and other employment related documents.
- Manage field representative and consultant recruiting using the most efficient and cost-effective recruitment options based on requested locations, skills and project requirements.
- Maintain a positive employee relations work environment. Address employee issues, respond to questions and seek solutions to resolve conflicts.
- Conduct required HR related training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 3 years’ human resources experience
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and people skills, aptitude in problem solving.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
