Responsibilities

• Travel within your territory to introduce new customers to MIT45’s product line.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, and how they can benefit our customers.
• Manage and track distribution and progress in customer relationship management software (CRM).
• Work and manage customer relationships in Hubspot CRM.
• Track and manage product allotment.
• Provide monthly reporting to management.
• Poll and analyze consumer data on product experience and feedback.
• Set up at small- and large-scale events to distribute product.
• Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales.
• Support instore trunk shows, and regional marketing events.
• Close new and existing business daily.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and appearance.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurship.
• At least 2 years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales. Experience in door-to-door sales preferred.
• Experience with common customer management relationship software and platforms.
• Understanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnel.
• A firm understanding of retail math – Ex. Product Turns, Margin, GM%, GP$, and a comprehensive knowledge of inventory management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT driving standards, and cell phone.
